A few days ago, every one of us would have shared at least one pic of NASA’s internet speed which was meant to be 91 GB/s and this news has been roaming around the internet for so long. Yet, no one of us must have experienced an internet speed of more than 100 Mbps at least in India.
But, as of now, Researchers at the University of London
have set a new world record for the fastest internet in the world at 178 Tbps
which is approximately 1,78,000 Gbps. This project was conducted by Dr. Lidia
Galdino from the Royal Academy of Engineering, Xtera, and Kiddi research.
