In the start of 2020, Apple came to know that around 30,000
apps are at risk of sharing data with the Chinese government. Almost all apps
are small and medium app developers and 75% o the applications are small games.
Apple had given a notice to all in Jan of this year and it seems that the
developers didn’t make this a serious issue.
On Saturday morning, Apple removed 29,800 Chinese apps
as a threat to their eco-system as reported by Qimai. All apps are almost unlicensed
and in touch with the Chinese Government. These apps include more than 2500
Titles used by millions of users.
It seems that all Tech giants are making a serious
note on privacy and are not ready to compromise on it. Let us hope for a better
and safe online environment in the coming future by the steps taken by giants
like Apple, Google, etc.

hope that we provided useful information to you.
